We are truly proud to announce that our dear friend and metal
legend Tobias "Tobbe" R.Kellgren is the new drummer in FUELHEAD!!
This guy has an awesome history, appering in DISSECTION - INFLAMES - WOLF... Amongst others..
The rehearsals are going absolutly bloody great and having
Tobbe with us is a giant leap forward so we can´t wait for you
guys to hear the new FUELHEAD......

Here´s Tobbes own words about his joining in FUELHEAD;
-"With this new FUELHEAD album I´ve managed to break
through the wide spectrum of ALL types of metal, from the most
brutal death metal to heavy grooves!!
-And with the cocksuckers in FUELHEAD we will acccoplish greatness!! Ha ha ha!!
No seriously, this will be really cool because it´s all about making music with great friends and to motherfuckin have a smile on our face, and a Whiskey on our side"

We´re actually in the studio right now finishing up the vocals on
4 new songs at our "own" recording studio Carlsro Studio in Färgelanda. ( www.carlsrostudio.com )
As soon as the songs are mixed and ready to go we´ll put them
up on this site and on our myspace site (www.myspace.com/fuelheadmusic ) and then choose the right label for the next album!!

The beard competition with Palle & Jimmie is now over and as expected did it end with a tie.. Well here we are the day before the big shave!!! :-)



We lasted the whole time which was until yesterday, and we consider ourselves both winners!!! Could never imagine how much beard only 4½ month of saving we´d get...

Jimmie leaves FUELHEAD!!
Shocking news to our fans maybe but
we´ve seen this coming for a while now..
Jimmie lost the spark somewhere along the road
due to playing live (which we love) and the whole buisness side
of it!
Leaving was the only option left since Palle & Andréas 
needs to take FUELHEAD to the next level at any cost!!
Jimmie will still be a part of our band so there´s absolutly NO hard
feelings whatsoever!!
We still love the big bearded bastard and
he will continue his work behind the scenes
from now on running the webpage etc..

We will have our first try-out this friday with a totally awesome drummer so stay tuned for an update for a possible upcoming open audition or if everything goes according to our plans, the new drummer is announced.. 

FUELHEAD also parts with our record label Plugged Records Sthlm!
The official reason is that we´re dropped due to
lack of budget to promote a new album in Sweden but
letting us go from the label is something we´ve discussed with them for a long while..
Our record label had never the right tools to reach out
to the market outside Sweden and we´ve always aimed for the market abroad the great sea so it was a natural step for all of us to split ways!!
This will be awesome in the end and hopefully we´ll find a label soon that can promote FUELHEAD the right way both in and outside Sweden!!

Our plans of recording our follow up album at Carlsro Studio is
now being post poned and our first goal is to record a couple of songs to showcase to new record labels!

The "Bohusläningen" one was more accurate so to speak...

We took our own version of Metallicas "Sick of the studio" and headed to Svedala and kicked ass....
Check out the pics from yesterdays gig at Sommarrocken in Svedala 13th of July. As you can see on the pics Palle & Jimmie now shows a big beard..
Its not pretty but its what happens when you drink and take a bet.. Palle & Jimmie took a bet well over a month ago and the winner gets 10 Chocolate bars of Swedens finest "200g Marabou Daim Choklad" The rules is that they´re not allowed to shave until 30th of September.. Stay tuned folks..

A short resume;

Friday;
Started out doin a very amusing radiointerview!
Afternoon and late evening was photosession time and it turned out totally fukn awesome!!

Saturday;
The gig with our dear fantastic friends in BREED (U SUCK!! ...:-)
was also really really great!
Started the soundcheck by blowing 2 bass amps up.... Its true!
We saw flames.....!!!
Oh well, BREED kicked ass!!
They´re Norwegians and therefore got on stage a little late
and then played a little longer then they should and in return
gave us virtually no time at all to change on stage..
But we still love them and will kick their butts next time... He he!!!
Anyway, we put on a kickass show though and there where almost
500 people there so a big thank you to everyone who showed up!!

Sweden and actually in our hometown, Uddevalla at GG the
30th of September! This will be the heaviest night in the
history of GG so you don´t wanna miss it....

Did a photosession last week with our lovely dear friend
Pauline "Ikkle P" Bergbrant and it was a lot of fun and
turned out really cool!!
Kinda hard to go wrong when you pose with a -49 Chevy pickup truck.. Big thanks to Peter Leaf and his girlfriend for letting us borrow the car an evening!!
